16 Days: Safe Spaces in Peru - Day 2

The Guías Scouts del Perú have been busy marking the 16 Days of Activism campaign. Yesterday they launched their Facebook Fan page for their national Stop the Violence campaign.
The Guías Scouts del Perú also created a frame that represents the ‘safe space’ they want for their girl members. Yesterday on the International day for the elimination of violence against women, Guías Scouts del Perú took to the streets to explain to people about their campaign and the importance of taking action to create safe spaces for girls. People were then invited to take pictures in the frame to demonstrate their support of the campaign.
As part of their campaign, Guías Scouts del Perú are also encouraging people to explore debates on the subject of violence. Check out their Facebook page to get involved
