A small busy kitchen serving lunch and dinner to international hostel guests, looking for a chef to prepare lunch and dinner; for guests and resident staff and occasional conference bookings. There are 75 covers for sit down meals during busy periods. With a passion for crafting quality meals you will ensure delivery of the best catering service for all our customers. You must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a kitchen environment.
Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator will lead the Guest Services Team and have key responsibility for ensuring a positive experience for guests by coordinating all elements of the guest experience and managing staff in this area. You will take responsibility for customer service, bookings, HR and training for your team, finance, management and administration. At the same time you will contribute to the Senior Leadership Team at Sangam and have opportunities to be part of providing a life changing experience for all who come through the doors.
